Itinerary shot to sh*t already lol.
The only thing open at this time of the day (prior to 11am) were the 24hour ramen shops and the convenience stores.
Most other shops and restaurants start trading from 11am, the upside is they close late.
Whilst waiting for the others, Trevor and I took another stroll in the area and took photos while it was a little quieter.

OK OK onto breakfast.
Paul took us to a Ramen restaurant he went to last time, located right on the canal.
This is briefly what happens:
*Approach vending machine.
*Insert money.
*Order the ramen meal of your choice and select extras if so desired.
*Collect coupon/tickets.
*Fill out form detailing your preferences of broth, noodle type and other additions.
*Give form and coupon/ticket to staff.
*Await seating availability.
*Insert money.
*Order the ramen meal of your choice and select extras if so desired.

*Sit down in cubicle.
*Eat.
*Make sure to slurp.
*Press call button when finished for bowl collection by chef.

After Ramen breakfast we decided to postpone Osaka Castle once more again ... and go shopping.
